First week after release of BETA KOSeek

We've finished the main implementation before DEMO day, which went well in our opinion. We've finished the page with enrolled courses, speeded up loading of timetable and other pages, sketched tutorial's pages, edited icons and prepared the app for Store.
And we've made it, we've submitted our first BETA version of KOSeek 0.9.1.1 on Friday 15th September. Anyway right after that we've found that small bug in timetable (occurs only on Sundays :D) so we've edited that and submitted again. Now we are in the stage of testing. Right now we co-operate with 5 testers (including us). Our goal is catch all the small bugs and add maybe one or more functions to the app before public release of our KOSeek BETA which we plan exactly one week before start of winter semester on CTU FEE.

The Day Before Demo Day

We are finishing first beta version of KOSeek application.

Our goals for today are:

• Prepare enrolled courses page
• Speed up loading timetable in profile page
• Modify some icons (buses etc.)
• Sketch tutorial pages
• Finish documentation
• Prepare presentation for towmorrow 

Third week report

We successfully display main profile of student, teacher or employee with basic info and picture. Our search page is already able to search people according to first or second name. We can add people to favourites or to contacts. Also we managed the "bus tiles" so the user can display by one click 3 closest buses to home or to school (default destinations are Stadion Strahov and Dejvická, but the user can change them). In data part we downloaded lot of data structures from KOS api which we are going to use in displaying extra info in profile page. Last but not least month has passed and we would like to have our first beta version of app till the end of August. So we've planned what is important to finish:

Display timetable
Display study history
Create short tutorial
Remove all the small damn bugs
Improve design

Second week report

Next week has passed and our development of KOSeek smoothly continue. We've made a big progress in data part - we've created data structure for user including all important info, timetable and subjects. We are able to search people (we don't display them yet). We've parsed basic info about logged user (we don't display it yet). Last but not least we've edited design of working hours page and added curriculum of summer and winter term with possibility to add picked event to your personal calendar. 
Our goals for next week are:
Display search result 
Display main profile of user
Connect to online database for further information about user

First week report

First of all we've reached our goals from first week - which is good. Next good news is that Pavel Valach, our school mate and great WP developer, joined us. During the week we've managed the login process, designed main UI with basic functionality of tiles such as maps,working hours of study departments and we've sketched structure of data and design part of our project. Last but not least we occupy successfully gitlab...

Use data from database according to username
Display the profile of user with main information
Implement search function
Manage curriculum of summer and winter term
